I have searched on here and on the Sorenson site for a link to this free upgrade from the version that came with MC6 but can't find one. Unless it is the 30 day free trial, is that it and then we enter our SN for the version we received.

It was never stated which version when Avid said what was in the version 6 of Media composer, so they should give everyone the same full version of Squeeze rather then the crippled versjon which forces most users to upgrade again!
So for those of us who are upgrading IF Squeeze 8 Lite is what ships with MC6, then it isn't that great of mediw deal if we need a non-Lite version because we all have at least 6 or older to upgrade for a cheaper price. And to make this story even better I received a new serial That's very frustrating! Can't we just use our old 5.
